The BKCF was established in 2021 by the Republic of Korea to drive inclusive and balanced growth across Southeast Asia while enhancing ASEAN Connectivity. Managed by the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), the fund supports projects aligned with BIMP-EAGA’s Vision 2025—a strategy focused on building a resilient, inclusive, sustainable, and economically competitive region.
