How to Apply
The application process involves several steps:
- Registration: Interested organizations must register by December 3, 2024 at 4 p.m. U.S. Central Time.
- Application Submission: After registration, organizations need to submit their online applications by January 10, 2025 at 4 p.m. U.S. Central Time.
- Organizational Readiness Tool: Applicants are encouraged to use the Organizational Readiness Tool available on the program’s website to assess their eligibility.
Process or Assessment
The assessment process consists of multiple stages:
- Administrative Review: Initial review to confirm basic eligibility of applications.
- Participatory Review: Involves peer evaluations from other applicants to rate submissions.
- Second Round Review: Top-rated organizations will undergo an external evaluation by a panel in May-June 2025.
- Final Selection: Following due diligence, Pivotal will select awardees from those rated highly by peers and evaluators, with announcements expected by the end of 2025.
